Got Questions? We've Got Answers

Our courses are designed for psychiatrists, psychologists, GPs, paediatricians, nurses, therapists, and other professionals working with children, adolescents, and adults in mental health or neurodevelopmental care. If you’re involved in assessment, diagnosis, or support — you’re welcome.

We strongly recommend attending the full day to benefit from the structured learning. However, we also offer access to the case discussion forums as standalone sessions, which you can register for separately.

This is a live, 90-minute follow-up session where participants return to reflect on real clinical cases in a small group setting. You can bring anonymised cases, ask questions, or simply listen and learn. It’s included in the masterclass fee, or can be attended separately.

Yes. You’ll receive a CPD certificate of attendance (with hours stated) after completing the session and submitting a short feedback form.

Yes ! Our courses are open to international professionals and our network of experts is expanding across the globe !

To protect confidentiality and encourage open discussion, sessions are not usually recorded. We focus on live interaction and reflective group work. If we feel a recording will be useful for our learners, we will always seek consent from attendees before making a recording.

We’re proud to say that 5% of all ThynkHOUSE revenue goes to health equity and humanitarian charities, like Médecins Sans Frontières, Medical Aid for Palestinians, and Mind UK. Your learning makes a global impact.

Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to bring anonymised cases from your own practice to explore with the group. You don’t need a presentation—just be ready to share the clinical context and what you’re struggling with. The forums are safe, supportive spaces for reflective practice.

Very! Our teaching model blends brief lectures with polls, breakout rooms, clinical cases, and small group activities. You won’t just sit and listen — you’ll reflect, discuss, and apply your learning in real time.

We’ll send you a short pre-course reading list (usually 2–3 resources) about a week before the session. It’s not mandatory, but it helps you get the most out of the day. If you’re attending the case forum, we’ll also send optional prompts to help you prepare a case.

Yes. After the course, you’ll receive a short summary handout highlighting key tools, tips, and resources. We don’t usually share slides in full, but you’ll leave with practical takeaways you can use in your clinic.

Definitely. We make time for questions throughout the course and in the final Q&A.

Cases are drawn from real-life clinical practice — often complex, nuanced, and the kind that don’t fit neatly into textbook categories. We like to make things interesting ! Patient confidentiality is everything ! So every case you bring needs to be carefully anonymised , every case we will use in our learning will be , and often are amalgamations of multiple cases .

Yes. Our courses reflect inclusive, evidence-based practice. We actively promote neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally aware approaches in our content and discussion.

Yes. We offer discounted rates for teams or departments booking multiple places. Please email us at info@thynkhouse.org to discuss group options. We can also design bespoke training for your team to make sure you get the best value for time and resources !

Yes. While the forum is designed to build on the masterclass, it can be attended as a standalone reflective session. You’ll still benefit from shared discussion and expert facilitation.
